Information We Collect

We collect information about you directly from you, from third parties, and automatically through your use of our Services. We may combine information automatically collected with other information that we have collected about you.

Information We Collect Directly From You:

Communicating with us. In general, you can visit the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. However, we may collect information about you directly from you.

For example, we may collect name, user name, email address, shipping information, or other purchase related information. With your consent, we also collect passwords; usernames; preferences; items purchased, sold or of interest on third-party services you use. We will also collect other information that you provide to us through our Services.

If you correspond with us through our Contact Us page, by phone, email or otherwise, we will retain the Personal Information that you provide. Creating an account. To take advantage of some of our Services you are required to register and create an account via the Sign-Up page on our Site or similar mechanism. When you open an account with us, we ask you to provide Personal Data (such as your name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, email address, payment information, profile, preferences, communication preferences, professional and business affiliation where relevant, and contact information); and to create a user password that, combined with your login email address, in order to allow access to your account. This Personal Information is used to identify you as a registered user.

We automatically collect information through your use of our Services, including but not limited to, your Internet protocol (IP) address, the type of browser you are using, domain name, the website that led you to our Services, the website to which you go after leaving our Services, dates and times you access our Services, geolocation and other logging data.

We do not treat this information as Personal Data, except where the information can identify you when associated with other Personal Data we hold or where we are required to do so under applicable law.

For example, we have a Service platform called “Curate” whereby “curators” promote, on their own websites and social media, items that might be available for purchase on our Curate platform. You, in accessing such content, would be navigating between the curator’s Linked Sources and our Site; Personal Data about your session would be shared between the curator and us; and if you were to sign up to receive future communications or promotions, those could come from the curator, from us, or from both.

Data Removal and Deletion

All personally identifiable information is currently retained and processed on computers located in Ireland. When you terminate your account, all information that we have retained is deleted. If you decide to delete your data and account with Ronati, you may do so by emailing support@ronati.com.

You can also remove your User Content uploaded or gathered by specifically deleting it. However, in certain reasonable instances, some of your User Content (such as posts or comments you make or references not on your profile or portfolio pages) may not be completely removed and copies of such User Content may continue to exist on the Services. We are not responsible or liable for the removal or deletion of (or the failure to remove or delete) this User Content.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident then under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83 you may request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us at the contact information provided below. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for your response.

Children

Our Services are not targeted to children under eighteen (18) years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete such personal information from our systems.

Transfers of Your Personal Information
