Before the eCommerce Manager
Before the Ronati eCommerce Manager (eCM), Modern Antiquarian’s online sales were minimal. Two physical locations, quarterly trade fairs, buying trips and serving customers didn’t leave much room to add additional online marketplaces. They signed up for Chairish, but hadn’t the time to enter product information. Their online presence was 1) their own website 2) social media and 3) one marketplace.

After the eCommerce Manager
Owner Margaret Schwartz began using the eCM because she wanted to expand her online sales channels, but couldn’t due to time constraints. Within months of centralizing all stock into the eCM, posting became a breeze. She soon expanded to multiple marketplaces, curated and placed the stock most appropriate for each marketplace’s community, and as a result, exponentially increased her company’s online sales.
