About Us

We create simple technology solutions to support the antiques, vintage, and pre-owned goods industries.

Our mission is to provide dealers and resellers of vintage, antique, and unique items with powerful yet simple technology, enabling them to sell more in less time.

Our Story

I’ve spent over twenty years creating technology solutions for sellers of all kinds. My focus has always been to build simple technology solutions that effectively solve real problems, save time, and remove friction. The goal is to enable sellers to increase profitability in their businesses.

My first company, TODL.com, launched in 2000 and grew to be the world’s largest trade-only interior design product library, enabling designers to specify over 400,000 products.

After passing TODL’s reins to its new owners in 2017, I fell back into the vintage and antiques world, shocked to find dealers managing inventory on spreadsheets, file folders of images, notebooks, and other antiquated systems. Few tried to use inventory management systems designed for manufacturers or art galleries, but none solved the unique needs of resellers of constantly changing inventory.

The global demand for pre-owned goods is surging across all categories for good reason. Ronati is here to ensure dealers and resellers of vintage, antique, and pre-owned goods have the tools they need to meet this demand.

Who we are

We’ve worked with vintage and antiques dealers, associations, and trade fairs since 2018. Our first product, the eCommerce Manager, launched in 2020 and continues to support dealers in the US and UK today.

Our newest product, Ronati Studio, is the world’s first all-inclusive suite of tools enabling dealers and resellers to photograph, edit, document, manage, and professionally share their unique inventory — all in one place, from their desktop computer or on the road through our mobile app.

What makes us unique

While there are other inventory management and marketplace listing tools, none were designed specifically for the antiques, vintage, and unique item industries, nor were they created to build meaningful global connections that serve everyone in the community. At Ronati, we believe it takes a supportive, knowledgeable, and accountable network to empower the beautiful world of one-of-a-kind.

As Executive Director of a global nonprofit for 15 years, she led operations across 17 countries, managing over 500 remote team members.

Gail is known industry-wide as the celebrated owner of Antiques News & Fairs, the top-ranking antiques fair calendar in the UK. She also serves as the agent for The Antiques Diva & Co antiques shopping tours. A highly-respected leader and representative of the antiques industry, Gail has been involved in publications, shows, fairs, buying tours, and associations for 25 years.

Mark hails from 25 years at Bonhams, Sotheby’s and Miller’s. No stranger to the e-commerce space, he pioneered live bidding technology in partnership with eBay. Recognized the world over as the resident expert and TV host of the BBC’s Antiques Roadshow, Mark is a noted author, lecturer, and dealer in art, vintage and antiques.

A veteran of the interior design industry, Jessica was formerly the VP West Coast at Trade Only Design Library (TODL). She profitably ran the company’s sales, marketing, and green initiatives for 19 years, helping to grow it into the world’s largest online platform exclusively for interior designers, architects, and manufacturers.

BRANDON HEESS​

MANAGING DIRECTOR PRODUCT & TECHNOLOGY

San Diego, California

Brandon has three decades of career experience, during which he has successfully led small and large teams through ideation, development, and product launches, resulting in two IPOs and more than ten M&As. His wheelhouse includes large-scale geospatial mapping, cloud modernization, and internationalization enhancements involving thirteen translated languages, over twenty-six currencies, GDPR compliance, and full PCI Level 1 compliance.

Brandon brings his passion for technology and leadership to the forefront of customer satisfaction. He has worked with prominent companies, such as Intuit, Inc. (including the first electronic tax filing launch), H&R Block (as a CIO/CISO), and most recently, the online travel
giant Arrivia (as the Enterprise CTO and Chief Architect), managing an organization of 200+ team members across eleven different product domains and fourteen countries.

Certified in Kaizen, ITIL, CISSP, and Six-Sigma processes, Brandon also holds a BSCS and MBA, along with many other industry certifications from UCSD.

Kelli Ellis

Kelli is an acclaimed celebrity artist and designer whose style epitomizes livable luxury and casual international flair mixed with rockstar glam. She has designed interiors that integrate antiques into residential and hospitality venues for the past 25 years and devised the innovative ‘Design Psychology Coach’ program. As a tastemaker, she’s led the masses on numerous television shows including HGTV, The Design Network (TDN), TCL, Bravo, and more. One of Ronati’s earliest advisors, Kelli joined the Ronati team in 2019, overseeing United Kingdom and European strategic partnerships and events.

Ronati is the inspiration of tech entrepreneur, Stacey Tiveron. A twenty-year veteran of the interior design industry, Stacey previously founded Trade Only Design Library (TODL), the world’s largest online platform exclusively for interior designers, architects, and manufacturers. Seeing the underserved e-commerce needs of her industry, she founded Ronati in 2017 to design technology solutions that connect and support the art, vintage, and antiques industries.
