How to Unblock Cookies

If you received an “oops” message instructing you to enable cookies while trying to log into the Ronati Mobile App, don’t worry! Enabling cookies is simple; the process just differs depending on the type of device or browser you are using. On Mobile (iOS or Android)

Chrome Browser

  1. On your Android device, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right of your screen, tap the 3 stacked dots menu then Select Settings .
  3. Tap Site settings and then Third-party cookies.
  4. Select Allow third-party cookies (make sure it is toggled on to allow cookies)

Safari Browser

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Safari.
  2. Tap Advanced, then toggle off Block All Cookies.

On Desktop (Windows or Mac)

Chrome Browser

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click the 3 dots menu then select Settings .
  3. Select Privacy and security and then Third-party cookies.
  4. Select Allow third-party cookies.

Safari Browser

  1. Go to the Safari app on your Mac.
  2. Choose Safari > Settings, then click Advanced.
  3. Unselect “Block all cookies”.
